- About Us
Ananya Singhal
As an architect and Mewari, Ananya both appreciates the natural wonder of the Aravallis and accept their centrality to allowing us to build our way to prosperity as a nation. With this series of pictures he is trying to discover the human lifecycle of stone from the Aravalli Hills : as a critical resource for construction, as an additive to concrete and as a facing material. He laments the damage and yet celebrates the progress that comes with it and hopes that mankind can find the balance, between preserving the natural beauty and custodianship of the natural bounty of these great hills.
