Anjana is a visual artist, graphic designer and printmaker who creates original linocut prints. A linocut is a form of traditional printmaking in which a design is cut into a linoleum surface with a sharp chisel. The linoleum is then inked with a roller and impressed onto paper. Anjana's prints are not only wall decor. They are portals that transport you to fantastical worlds of plants, insects, birds, fish and imaginary beings in various surreal settings. Her detailing is part of leading the viewer to read the magic between the lines.
