Aditi Babel

A book, according to Aditi, is the most wonderful and effective way of telling a story especially when all parts, moving and still, focus towards the chosen narrative. We, more often than not, choose text and illustrations to take the centre stage for the narrative and keep the structure, movement and binding as a component to bring the above together - for her, an opportunity lost. The structure and movement created by the process could not only add more value and depth to the expression but create a potent impact on the entire narrative. The narrative she has chosen to depict is the circular nature of time and multiple perspectives within one, as traditionally exhibited in a miniature painting.
