Akanksha Foundation
Akanksha’s mission is to redefine what is possible for children from low-income communities to achieve through its network of high-performing public-private partnership schools. These schools are in Mumbai and Pune, and many of the children have worked on art projects at BARO, and we have always had them at our Christmas Bazars. The incredible art curriculum that has been devised leads to Art for Akanksha, a programme in each school that helps children immerse themselves in art to express and discover who they are.
