Vintage Brass Vishnu Lamp

A unique vintage lamp from South India with an exquisite form factor and the "Sricharanam" symbol of Lord Vishnu at the centre. The Sun and moon are etched on either sides of the Sricharanam which are symbolic of light, enlightenment and purity. The top of the lamp is styled in the shape of a crown or a mukut. The base has thick rimmed walls to securely hold the oil. A great usable traditional vintage lamp to own.

Care instructions: Wipe the piece with a dry cloth. To remove residue, use a soft cloth to wash it with water using a cleaning agent such as lemon juice and salt. Do not scrub vigorously or use any chemicals.
