Products can never be standard because each is unique, and that is the hallmark of what we offer.
We therefore hope you will share in the integrity and commitment with which we curate and dispatch every single one of our products.
We will only ask you to return something to us if it is damaged in transit. Please send us a photograph within 48 hours of receiving it, with all details, and someone will contact you right away. We will replace within 2 weeks if the product is available, or issue you a credit note for the full amount, that you can use for anything.
