The Jaipur City Palace was the seat of the Maharaja of Jaipur, the head of the Kachwaha Rajput clan. Several palaces, pavilions, gardens, and temples make up the City Palace complex. Richly painted doorways, elaborately decorated façades, inlaid floors and gates, and hanging verandahs, make this palace complex magical.

Seen on this clock face is brass inlaid on a wooden door.

These brass clocks with domed glass, double up as paper weights. Details from some of India's finest monuments make them collectibles and wonderful gifts.
