MANEESH KUMAR
Using recycled and waste wood Maneesh creates timeless furniture for modern life. Kumar combines the traditions of his Suthar background with the skill of being an architect. The workshop he established in Ahmedabad carries his great- grandfather’s name : Amolakh, which means ‘priceless’. Inspired by him, using salvaged hardwoods he is re-imaging and re-engineering the preciousness of timber in the form of furniture for future generations.
